Refunds policy
Because every HypeDrop is personalized creative work, completed or delivered work is not refundable. If we cannot begin your project, contact us so we can review the order with you. Included revisions are the first step for bringing a delivered preview closer to your vision.
Service policy
HypeDrop creates personalized cinematic vertical video trailers from customer-provided materials and story details. Delivery estimates begin after a complete intake and media handoff. Same-day delivery is subject to availability. You are responsible for having rights to any uploaded media and music references.
